Peace I leave with you

Every time I hear the word "peace," I think of the story of Jesus peacefully sleeping in the boat during the storm. As I reflected on this story, I wanted to capture that image in a piece of wall art.

In the design, I included a boat to represent the disciples' journey through the storm and four raindrops to symbolize the challenges and difficulties we all face in life. I also added a dove, representing the Holy Spirit and the peace that God gives us even in the midst of chaos.

For the Scripture verse, I chose John 14:27: "Peace I leave with you." The calm and confidence Jesus displayed while resting in the boat are the same gifts He offers to us today through the presence and work of the Holy Spirit.

I hope that this artwork points your heart toward Christ and the peace that only He can give. May it encourage you to rest in His presence and trust that God is always with you, even in the midst of life's storms.
