1) Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.hugsfromheaven.net (the “Site”) and any purchases made through the Site. The Site is operated by Hugs From Heaven L.L.C. (“Hugs From Heaven,” “we,” “us,” “our”).

4) Products and Services

We provide digital products in the form of downloadable wall art, including but not limited to:

• Faith-based scripture prints

• Nursery and home décor artwork

• Seasonal and inspirational designs

All products are digital downloads only. No physical items will be shipped.

5) Digital Downloads

• Upon purchase or subscription, you will receive access to downloadable files.

• It is your responsibility to download and store your files after access is granted.

• We are not responsible for lost or deleted files after delivery.

6) Permitted Use

All digital products are for personal, non-commercial use only, unless otherwise stated.

You may:

• Print the artwork for personal use

• Use the artwork in your home or as a personal gift

You may NOT:

• Resell, share, or redistribute the files

• Use the designs for commercial purposes

• Modify or claim the artwork as your own

7) License Grant

Upon purchase or download, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the digital products for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not transfer ownership of the product to you.

8) Products, descriptions, and availability

We try to display product descriptions, images, and pricing accurately, but we don’t guarantee that all content is error-free. Products may be changed or discontinued at any time. Availability is not guaranteed until your order is accepted.

9) Pricing, taxes, and promotions

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Taxes are calculated at checkout. Promotions, discount codes, and offers may have additional terms and may be changed or ended at any time. All payments shall be in US dollars.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in pricing or product information at any time, including after an order has been submitted or payment has been received. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at an incorrect price and issue a refund where payment has already been processed.

10) Orders and payment

By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or other issues. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

11) Digital products (delivery)

Our products are digital downloads only—we do not ship physical items. After payment is confirmed, you will receive access to download your files, typically via a download link sent to your email.

Please ensure you provide a valid email address at checkout. If you do not receive your download link, check your spam or junk folder or contact us at contact@hugsfromheaven.net.

Because delivery is digital, there are no shipping fees or delivery timeframes.

12) Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund/Return Policy, available on the Site or at checkout. In the event of any conflict, the Refund/Return Policy will govern.

13) Email Subscriptions

By subscribing to receive free downloads:

• You agree to receive emails, including promotional content

• You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails

14) Intellectual property

All content on the Site (including text, graphics, logos, images, and design) is owned by or licensed to Hugs From Heaven L.L.C. and is protected by intellectual property laws.

• interruptions or errors in digital downloads

• printing results or use of digital files

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
